Escala Realty was established in 1993 to provide Quality Homes to potential buyers and exceed their expectations. Escala Realty is Goa’s most trusted and reputed Real Estate Company based out in Dona Paula. A proud member of GAR – Goa Association of Realtors and NAR INDIA- National Association of Realtor – India since 2014 providing Complete Turn-Key Execution of Projects, Real Estate Consultancy, Renovation Services, Design & Decor to Architectural Support & Services. We were registered as Escala Realty India Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2012.

OUR STORY – BEHIND ESCALA

We were earlier called “The Consultants” which was indeed a generic name and was advised to come up with a new name by the legal authorities. Gazing at the OLD MAP OF GOA for some time, our Director/Founder Mr. Amit Chopra got hooked at the scale (which was named as Escala- means scale in Portuguese) in the corner of the map. That was the day the name Escala was conceived.
